I plan to enter an event for CRW. I noticed that the event details says that registration is closed. On the PDF file for a day to day break down registration for CRW is on the 13th. The question I have is this- is registration closed or not? If not, is the only day on Sept 13th?
 
Also are Helmets required to compete?
