Must sell fast!

I am selling my 20ft x 8ft construction trailer; it’s the box looking trailer at the end of ‘Staff Row’, right across from the shower house, two slots down from frank's bus. This Trailer is on a water slot and it has a working sink in it, but no toilet or shower. The sink is extremely useful for washing dishes / hands / teeth, etc.

This MUST BE SOLD VERY QUICKLY or I will need to move it from its space to free up the water slot, as there is only one open water slot left in the campground. If it does not sell quickly it will still be available but you will need to move it back into a slot and set it up on blocks.

It is a very sturdy trailer with a heater capable of keeping it warm even in the winter, and a working window air conditioner capable of chilling down the room in the worst summer heat. The inside of the trailer could use a new paint job. There is no title for the trailer and its tires are not worthy of any more than relocating on the property.

 The trailer comes complete with:

• Full Sized Bed
• Mini Fridge / Microwave / Toaster Oven
• Dishes & Silverware.
• New Cabinets (Wal-mart garage workbench cabinets)
• Counter top to lay over cabinets
• Desk area /w file cabinet for storage
• TV & VCR (Although they have both seen better days, they are functional)
• I have two speakers and a powered subwoofer in there but the stereo itself was thrown out.
• Plenty of Shelving for storage.
• Lighting

The trailer is great for tall people because it has high ceilings and feels very roomy for its size. It could be used comfortably full time in the summer. Nothing about this trailer is luxury but it is very sturdy and reliable, and it’s in a great location.

Optionally, I will include the HDTV Satellite dish for an extra $125 (This cost me $250 new less than a year ago). I can also hook you up with Satellite service if desired.

Asking price is $1,400 – I can finance the purchase if it means a quick sale so that I don’t have to move it, but you’ll be responsible for paying campground rent immediately.
