So i graduated AFP in 2005 and have sinced made around 50 jumps. The problem is that i lost my AFP book before i ever got it sent in to get my A license, my procrastination got the better of me. I still have a record of my jumps after AFP in another log book. I wanted to know what i needed to do to get my A license finally squared away.

Im sure we have you in the system as graduated. It all depends when you made your last jump that you might need a coach jump or two.
