They're not 'messages', in that you don't have to sign in to check them - but you can now email members by clicking on their profile and clicking the Send Email link.

I don't know how well this is going to work just yet for different domains; it would help if a few different people test it out and let me know if it works.  I suspect that some may be blocked by spam engine because the source email doesn't originate from the source SMTP server...  I might be able to tweak it a little to get it to work, I'll be talking to the authors of the module in a few days.

Be aware that by emailing a member; you will expose your private email address to them.

It does not work for me and I'm on Comcast - I'll check again next week.
