Beth, Can you do the following to help me identify what's causing the loop problem:
Follow the link to start the loop.
Go to www.whatismyip.com to find out what your public IP is, come back and report the time you tried this, your IP, and paste the URL that has been bookmarked. Also report your browser version, which you can find by going to help, and then about. I've had a couple people report this error, and I know that it has something to do with the state of temporary cookies when attempting to contact Skydive Secure to deturmine if you're already logged in or not - but I haven't been able to trap the exact order of events that happen that cause this loop.
Also, the login redirect issue is on my bug list already - I'm pretty sure that I've identified and fixed the issue on my test servers but I am not going to do any promotions until I have the next version of the shopping cart up and going - which I hope to be any day now - I was out of work sick a number of days last week which has held a number of things up.
I appreciate you reporting theses bugs.
