Don't read anyone else's response before answering yourself!

Don't take more than 10 seconds to think about your answer!

If you're already killing time reading this post, what can it hurt to reply to it?

You  have a 2-out side-by-side scenario.

Your main is fully inflated and on your right hand side.

Your reserve is on your left side, it's two right hand end cells are closed.

You are turning to the right - slowly, but fast enough that it would be difficult to land without compensating the turn.

You must turn 90 degrees left (or 270 right) to be lined up to land safely, obsticles are ahead of you, to your right, and behind you.

You are 900 feet above ground level.

What do you do?

steer the main using rear risers.... land with no flare...     either that or climb up the lines and put the reserve back in the container....

I can cheat on this as I've had this malfunction.

It's relatively slow speed, so you can take a few seconds to assess your canopies.
I cut away my main.
There was little danger of entanglement, and I didn't want to risk a downplane.
Clean cutaway, uneventful landing, though did spend the whole afternoon looking for my freebag!

rather than trying the steering lines to try and get the right side of the reserve to inflate I would try to use harness input to see if I can adjust my weight enough to get the two canopies to fly straight... secondly keeping the brakes stowed so not to cause one chute to fly faster than the other creating a more hazardous situation I would use the front risers of the main with very slow and gradual input to set up as safe of a landing as possible... once just above the ground prepare for a plf and because of having two chutes out and a slower rate of decent bypassing the flare and adjusting get ready for a bumpy landing.

First with 2-out disconnect my RSL. Ther could be many things going on but with the info you gave I would cut away my main.
