Hey guys!  I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Yorkville off of route 47 and Galena Rd.  Approx 35 min from DZ and close to Aurora Trainstation for easy access to downtown.  There is also a bust stop even closer that will take you to trainstation.

Condo is a 2 bed 2 bath 1150sf, vaulted ceilings, washer and dryer in unit.  2nd floor and LOTS of windows.  Community has clubhouse with pool, gym and game room (pool table and foosball).  Looking for $600 plus half utilities (approx $700 monthtotal, no gas only electric)  Highspeed internet with wireless access point installed.

Also I have 2 very quiet, well trained friendly dogs who love people.
