If you are ready for the next step and want to learn how to skydive, you will need to sign-up for the AFP Transition Class. The instruction is broken down into two sessions. Session one begins at 4pm on Saturday. This session is mainly classroom and covers: equipment, freefall positions, emergencies, and canopy control. Depending on class size, session one normally takes around 4 hours. Session two takes place the following morning, Sunday at 8am, and covers: practical demonstration, review and test. Depending on class size, session two normally takes around 2 hours to complete. You must be available for both sessions, Saturday evening and Sunday morning, to take the course. Once you have completed and passed the test you will be ready to make your 1st AFP jump!
